Position

We’re looking for a Client Premium Audit Specialist to provide advanced customer service and support to internal and external customers. You’ll have the ability to diffuse client concerns, maintain a high level of knowledge for the products and services supported by AP Intego and its’ partner, and escalate critical client situations to ensure timely resolution for all parties.

What you will work on day to day:

  • Research and resolve client premium audit discrepancies.  
  • Provide a consultative mid-policy review, resolve discrepancies to minimize back-end audits.  
  • Mitigate financial risk and exposure through timely review, root cause analysis and issue resolution for all client premium audits.   
  • Respond to all client inquiries within the department guidelines. Maintain accurate recording of all internal and external communication
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of AP Intego, corresponding systems and internal/external processes to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing or new processes. Use internal resources to develop procedures while making the necessary recommendations to management.
  • Maintain and manage positive and professional relationships with AP Intego clients, insurance carriers, partners internal/external clients to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Utilize multiple software applications (EPIC, TRUPAY, and Zendesk) in conjunction with carrier and bureau websites to respond to all client inquiries.
  • Continue to stay abreast of all changes in various internal product offerings, regulatory changes, policy changes and insurance industry developments in support of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in assigned projects or required training. Other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Self-motivated individual to go above and beyond.
  • AAS/BA/BS in Business Management, Accounting and or a minimum of 2 years of customer service/relevant insurance experience.
  • Multi-tasking abilities, versatility, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are necessary skills for this position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Property & Casualty licensed preferred
