We’re looking for a versatile and driven Tech Ops Support Analyst responsible for the administration of existing cloud technology solutions that support our agency operations.
As an Applications Support Analyst at AP Intego, you’ll perform systems analysis, configuration, support and maintenance of our production systems including Zendesk, Checkmarket, Ring Central and other internal systems. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and teammates from across the business, including agency operations, business analysts, developers, data science, and customer experience to understand their reporting needs and help design and deliver appropriate reports.
