Applications Support Analyst

We’re looking for a versatile and driven Tech Ops Support Analyst responsible for the administration of existing cloud technology solutions that support our agency operations.

Position

As an Applications Support Analyst at AP Intego, you’ll perform systems analysis, configuration, support and maintenance of our production systems including Zendesk, Checkmarket, Ring Central and other internal systems. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and teammates from across the business, including agency operations, business analysts, developers, data science, and customer experience to understand their reporting needs and help design and deliver appropriate reports. 

Here’s what you’ll do day to day:

  • Own all aspects of our cloud systems, including configuration, system modifications and testing as well as report creation
  • Work with operations & other teams to analyze workflows and make process improvements
  • Understand impact of proposed configuration changes on production systems
  • Act as the point person for the contact center team providing support for any issues with internal systems (Zendesk & others) 
  • Investigate workflow-related issues and resolve internally or with third party vendors
  • Monitor systems for unexpected behavior
  • Provide leadership with status reports on system effectiveness (e.g., call quality)
  • Update and maintain required systems documentation
  • Attend webinars and communicate learnings
  • Be the Tech Ops team point during system outages and escalations

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a focus on business applications ownership and support 
  • Ability to learn and keep up to date with new applications
  • Ability to quickly analyze and problem solve
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
